At MadeHoiAn Leather Watch Straps, all our products are carefully handcrafted. Each item is produced after an order is placed to ensure the highest quality. Please review the information below to understand our shipping and delivery process.
1. Order Processing & Cancellation
Once an order is confirmed, it quickly enters our production queue at our workshop.
- Within 1 Hour of Purchase: Orders can be canceled or modified within 1 hour after checkout.
- How to Request a Cancellation: Please contact us immediately at support@madehoian.com and include your order number.
- After 1 Hour: Once production has started, cancellations or order changes may no longer be possible.
2. Handling (Production) Time
Our products are proudly manufactured directly at our workshop (252 Nguyen Chi Thanh, Hoi An, Da Nang, Viet Nam). All orders require production time before shipment to ensure quality accuracy.
- Processing Time: 3–5 business days
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
3. Shipping Time & Estimated Delivery
After production is completed and your order has been shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping destination.
- Ship to USA: 9 to 13 days (Total Estimated Delivery Time: 12–18 business days, including processing time).
- Ship to Worldwide: Total Estimated Delivery Time: 12–20 days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing during peak seasons.
4. Shipping Fees
We offer straightforward flat-rate shipping based on your destination. The applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase:
- Ship to USA: $7.99 / item
- Ship to Worldwide: $14.99 / item
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes:
- A tracking number
- A tracking link to monitor delivery progress
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after shipment.
6. Delivery Issues
If you experience an issue with delivery, please review the guidelines below:
- Delayed Orders: If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team for assistance.
- Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Lost Shipments: In rare cases where a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will review the situation and offer an appropriate resolution.
